I got a email today telling me that I owe 444.00. That my phone was going to be shut off if I don't pay the balance today! I was how is that possible I just paid my bill. It said it was due in 12/22/14. So I call the customer service and they say I owe a deposit for adding my line to my wireless service which I tranfered on 1/15/15. About a week ago! Which the lady in the AT&T store told me there was no deposit. I have a receipt showing that it was all settled I just had to wait for my first bill. I am livid!! If I had of known that I would have stayed on my sister account. The man on the phone told me I had to go to the store and talk to them. They won't take the deposit off! I am reporting AT&T to the BBB. They can cancel all my serives including my phone and daughters phone also the U verse!
