I recently added on a new phone and tablet to my service, so I have 2 Samsung S5 and an LG tablet, all on the next plan with 3 GB. When I went in to ask about adding the second phone I specifically asked how much the bill would be for everything altogether, because everyone has to budget, and I was told that it would be $170/month. So that is what I planned for, but that was not what it was the first month it was $270. How could that be right, $100 extra than what I was told and I had not gone over my data or minutes? I went in to ask and it was explained away by activation fees and taxes. So I didn't argue, and I was assured that the next bill would be around $178, but it is once again over budget, at $200. And I don't understand why they tell me one thing and it keeps being another. It is not like I have a bunch of extra money lying around to give to this company.
And another thing that does not make sense to me is why my other friends bills, who have 5 lines and 10 GB, are paying less than me. It seems that it should be the other way around. All in all it just seems unfair, I just want to pay the price I was told, which seems like more than enough money to pay for these devices.
Thanks for listening...
