To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing you to ask your assistance in regards to an AT&T Billing Error that was made by your company that has caused my account to be charged in error for the past 10 months for a total amount of $825.00

On 02/11/14 I spoke with an in-store AT&T service rep who convinced me that it would be most cost effective to change my mobile share plan from the AT&T 6 GB mobile share plan to the AT&T 10 GB mobile share plan. The problem that occurred was that when he made the changes to my account he neglected to delete the previous plan which subsequently caused my account to be charged for (2) AT&T mobile share plans concurrently for the past 10 months…

When I contacted your customer service department via phone today 12/30/14 they verified that the AT&T billing error had occurred and informed me that they were limited by your company’s policy to only process a refund of half the amount that was over-charged in error by your company but not the full amount of the over-charge.

As a long-term loyal customer of 20 years I am asking that you please assist me in having this issue promptly resolved by having the total amount of the charges that were made in error to my account refunded.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter
.

Mary Brown
