I ordered an iPhone 6 plus the night it was released. A week later I cancelled it because the shipping date was a month later and I didn't want the phone. I had to pay $433 for the phone because I'm on the next plan. I still haven't received the $433 dollars back and it's been four months. I cancelled the order in September and its January. I've talked to at least a dozen different people and all I get back is that the problem is being "solved." Then I get a call finally from someone and I get asked if I received the phone and if I wanted the money back from the taxes on the phone. i know as soon as I pay my phone bill the money is out of my account in a split second. But when they need to give you money back it takes months. I've been an AT&T customer for ten years. I'll never refer anyone to this company again.
