Data Usage and the additional charges applied in error

Hi,

 

I had an issue with my data usage on my cell phone last month.  My data plan is 4GBs, and one day all of a sudden I received 5 back to back text messages in a timeframe of 10 mins.  The first message from AT&T said you have used 100% of my 4GBs, and then i recieved 4 text messages following that saying we have added 1GB adding up to $60 total.  I was so irritated and heated  because i hadnt downloaded any videos or streamed music.  I used my phone as i normally would checking FB here and there.  I immediately called AT&T customer service and the lady wasn't any help at all.  My bill is $202.04, and its normally around $140.  I'm still not satisfied with answers i received on that day.  I need to know what can be done about my bill being readjusted because there's no way that i used my 4 GBs + the addition 4GBs in that timespan.  I barely use the 4GBs each month.
