I am tired of my speed getting throttled so much at the end of my billing cycle. We have three phones on our account and one of them uses a lot of data because of my business. The others don't and we are well below the family rate of 10 or 12 GB or whatever it is. But because my one phone goes over 5GB, it gets throttled. The question is whether there is anything to do about this beside bad mouthing AT&T which I am starting to do more and more often.
