I canceled my account on Dec.22. My bill cycle was Dec. 18-Jan 17. My account was debited Jan. 10 for the entire cycle. I spoke with a representative that claimed my bill should be adjusted and a check would be issued. I was transfered to a representative that claimed the opposite. If fact, claimed they do not prorate. The issue I have with AT&T is the lack of communication. When I cancelled my service in person, the employee did not inform me of this policy nor did the first phone representative. If I had known this I would have kept the phone for the additional 26 days and received my money's worth. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I had been an AT&T Customer for 10 years. Glad I am no longer.
