I have spent at least 8 hours (on hold and talking to reps ). This started on dec 27 . I was hung up on multiple times, promised call backs etc and NOTHING has ever been handled to completion. On 12/29 I was told my problem needed to be handled by a special department and would be called by them in about 48 hours. Due to holidays I allowed extra time. But 10 days later no call. I had my daughter call yesterday and she was told there was no record of anyone that was supposed to call and basically nothing they would do to help. I have been overcharged, an upgrade was incorrectly used on an insurance claim. Today I will file fcc complaint, get on social media and spend my time that way rather than spending hours on the phone with you all for absolutely no results. Truly horrible to your customers - which I have been for 7+ years
