For the second time, after adding a line in April and an upgrade this past weekend, my AT&T bill was considerably higher than the AT&T rep quoted me!! I made sure each time to verify what each change to my contract was costing me. Each time, the AT&T rep assured me of the cost. Each time, they were dead wrong, and now I am stuck, screwed if you will, paying this contracted amount. My question is this: At what point is an AT&T employee responsible for what they say to a customer? This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
