Long story short was charged 120 for over data told to take my device in store to show them and call back and they will take care of the charges took they said ya it's doing it it's self called told me if I would have look at my bill I would have known nothing he can do my own fault talked to someone else was told he can take half off and next time should look at my online bill called back cuz been every upset how I was treated the guy didn't take anything off the lady said she will she hung up did online chat they took it off got text message week later said the charges have Ben reversed and still I'm stuck paying them I pay AT&T 575 a month and they can't waive 120 bucks I had no control over what to do now super mad
