Horrible Customer Service

This will be the last contact I have with att because I'm cancelling my service. For the past year I've been trying to work with customer service over the phone to lower my phone bill and I everytime I recieve my bill it's significantly higher. Today I had a lady tell that the previous agent flat out gave me the wrong math and actually increased my bill. She then couldn't even accommodate me for the mistake and offered to turn off my internet completely instead. I spoke to a guy earlier today whom I asked to speak to his supervisor and he just transferred me to another department instead right after telling me that there's uverse in my name (I don't even own a TV) and when I asked him why is there uverse in my name he brushed off my concern. This has been the worst customer service I've had from you guys and I will be canceling my service IN STORE since no one on the phone knows what they are doing or talking about.
