I ordered new service with ATT around the end of November. I placed 1 order online then went back 10 minutes later and added 2 more line for my husband and sons Chrisas present. The 1st phone came but the other 2 didnt. I called Att and they added the 2 lines to acct and mailed them out. On 12/27 I check the Att app for my first bill and its $1000. I call them and they proceed to tell me that they charged me $445 to add the 3rd line. At no time during the call did the operator tell there would be s charge for adding the third line. Because if she did I wouldn't have added it. The phones for my 14 year old. Not worth $445 for a child's phone. ATT refuse to remove or waive the charge. I've been battling with them all week they transfer me from person to person but still the charge remains. How can you charge a customer for something without informing them about it first. I can't even cancel the acct and send back the phone cause they will charge me another $900 in cancelation fees. What kind of company did I just get involved in! Worst company ever.
