Has this happened to others? I'm a 15 year AT&T wireless customer and decided to take advantage of an iphone6 promotion in September. We bought the iphone at Sam's Club on an AT&T contract. The salesman assured us the purchase would change nothing in our rate plan, including our $25 line discount on each of four phones. AT&T honored the discount for the first two months after I noticed several billing mistakes and complained. Now AT&T says we lost the discount on that one phone, regardless what the purchase contract indicates, and regardless of its admission that it made mistakes for two months and that we did, indeed, get to keep the discount, despite the change in the contract
