I am getting really sick of crap. Number one: I have an order on my account that I need cancelled because the stupid website lied to me and said that I would be charged the At&t next program price NOT the two year contract that I do NOT want. Second: It tells me that I have used up my Next installment lines or whatever when i have NOT. I only have two lines on At&t next NOT 4. And the terms and conditions say I may have up to FOUR. I do have 4 lines on my account, but only two are on the Next program. I am trying to add my daughter for her christmas present, but it seems like NOBODY can help me. SO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!
