Order placed 9/23.<br>Put off until 11/19..<br>Put off until 12/12-12/19<br>Now I check and see that it's been cancelled. Anyone else having this poor service with att?<br>Called the automated number and it tells me it's cancelled. No reason given. It's a pure waste of time to call their reps since att doesn't release this info to its operators who are answering these calls until some time has gone by. Many of these operators are contracted call centers with NO ATT ORDER INFORMATION ACCESS so they will feed you Crap just to keep their jobs. But occasionally you do get someone who doesn't give a crap and will tell you the truth. Anyone else got their order cancelled after a 3 month wait? And I'm a premiere customer!
