Hi,
I used to have a regular plan which costs $62.66. In November 12th, I have switched to 10cent/min plan (the phonenumber is same) and terminated the $62.66 plan. However, a problem appears on my credit card. As you can see the attachment, in December 4th, $62.66 was taken out from my credit card account. I think it doesn't make sense. I was expecting some money could be charged for the usage for some dates in November, maybe 11/1 to 11/11?? because I opened the new plan in 11/12. It shouldn't be a full charge ($62.66). My old contract was 2-year contract and I had used for 5 years so there should not be penalty or early termination fee. I already called costomer service, but they kept saying they couldn't access my previous account and there was no charge ($62.66) for my current account. I also visited one of the ATT branches with my credit card records, but even though they are aware something is not right, they were saying same thing over and over again and asked me to call billing department. I called the billing department and same thing again. NO ONE EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT IS HAPPENING. I am really frustrated and I don't want to wait for a long time on the phone and ATT office. If I misunderstand something, could anyone explain me what's happening? I don't want to call ATT customer service again. waiting 40 mins nothing resolved.
