I've been with AT&T since 2011 and just add 2-phone to my account. To my surprise, I get charges of $80 for Activation Fee to add the 2-additional service (Cel & a home phone) to my account. With these 2 new service, I have a total of 7-lines. SEVEN (7) Lines. I just called AT&T billing service and talked with Monica and with her Supervisor Erick Gomez to argue that additional charges but without success. They offer me a credit of $60, something that I refuse since with the new numbers I'll have 7-accounts and I've been a good customer since the beginning.
