I have been an ATT customer since the latter part of October. One reason I switched was because my monthly billing was quite high at the old service and I saw a commercial stating that I would be credited per line if I switched. Did not happen. The customer service rep said that I have to switch from a PARTICULARE provider. I told the sales person that I wanted my bill to be less that $200 a month, she said that it would after the first month..it is not. I signed up for the discount for gov't employees the SAME day I got the phone, hasn't kicked in. When I called customer service they said that they hadn't received and I shouldl go into the store..why make it available to do online if you have to go in the store? I participated with the 'refer a friend' thingy, and neither me nor my friend have received the gift card. Switching was such a mistake. I can't wait until my two years are up.
