Autopay

why is it when I changed my autopay date to the 4th of every month, AT&T takes the payment 2 days early? I was never told this by anyone at AT&T and I was told I would have to change my billing cycle again! The last time I changed my billing cycle, they charged me $137 freaking dollars. They charged me for the for 6 days of the phone usage, and then charged me for my installment payments on my 3 devices. They charged me for a phone installment on a phone I had turned in for an upgrade! I spent 2 hours on the freaking phone to get that resolved! Now they want me to change my billing cycle again? I don't think so! AT&T did nothing to help me and said there is nothing they can do. Why do they not inform their customers that an autopay date is actually 2 days earlier? Very frustrated with AT&T!
