I have been with AT&T for years, never had a problem, when they came out with the gopohne
it really was all I needed... when I swaped over they had given me a 50 credit... its been there
for a year.. I went and bought a new phone asked to have the 50 put towards the new phone, the store said they could not do that... call AT&T on monday, they can help you with that.. I have been jerked around for 2 days... long story, but I can say it is impossible to file a complaint, get my money back with out it costing me money and the service has been... can't say what I really think.. the only ave: I see open to me at this point, is to file a complaint with the FCC
