As I type this message I'm nearly reduced to tears from the frustration I've experienced from speaking with countless ATT represenatives since September 29 with no resolution in sight! This whole saga began when I thought I'd surprise my husband by purchasing the IPHONE 6 Plus upon it's release. I purchase the phone online via ATT premiere, and a few short days later (although quoted a longer time frame) I receive an email that my order has shipped! Long story short, the day FED EX is expected to delivery the phone, I check the tracking status only to learn that their have been some sory of delivery exception. The package was never delivered (FedEx advised that the truck had been robbed?), so I contact ATT hoping to have a new order shipped, and a quick resolution. The agent I spoke with was very friendly(all while lying through his teeth I found later), and advised that he would have a new order shipped in 3-5 business days.. Of course this never happended. I call back in about a week, and spoke with another agent who again advised that she was submitting an order (she was unable to tell me what happended to the first order), but this time I was given a ship date of Nov 11. I wait patiently, and Nov.11 comes and goes, and this time I call again (on Nov. 29) and speak with yet another agent who says that no order had been placed at all!?!? Baffled, I request to have a refund processed and was advised that I must write my number on a sheet of paper, and fax it to a 1-800 number provided. Needless to say I wasn't falling for anymore ATT LIES so I demand a resolution. After being placed on hold for an extended period, I am advised that a refund ticket has been processed. Feeling somewhat relieved that this nightmare was concluding I disconnect the line. Today December 1, 2014 ( yes I have been trying to have this issue resolved since Sep. 29!) I speak with an agent who said that I should simply contact my bank for a refund??? Really, calmly (but very angrily) I agree to contact my bank, who advised me that since it has been past 60 days they could not resolve this issue for me? So wait, ATT makes a fumble, and I'm out $324?!? I contact ATT right back, and I'm then told that I should wait till December 8, for a resolution? Yeah just more LIES. I have lost all faith in ATT and am convinced that ATT could care less about their customers. Nope, I've been a customer many years, yet I'm treated like I'm completely worthless. My business clearly doesn't matter.... So just to be clear, I have no phone, yet payed 324.00??? FAIL
