Is it just me or is the "policy" for AT&T charging me $40 to renew my contract insane. I mean .. they should be ecstatic that I chose to renew my contact with them instead of one of their competitors. Instead I get stuck with a $40 charge. I called them and they told me that could make a courtesy adjustment but they could not change the contract.
I am trying to get as many people as possible to complain about this so the policy will be changed!!!
No one should be charged $40 for renewing a contract that has been in place for years.
In fact ... I should really get money back from AT&T for being a loyal customer!!!
