I have been a customer for over 10 years and I have a problem with my bill. I called into ATT yesterday evening and I was connected with a representative in a forgien country that wasted an hour of my time. ATT, you are in the communications busienss and your communication is the worst.
I need an extension on a payment arrangement I made. I missed my first payment in the arrangement. I called the very next day, yesterday/ I called, AT did not have to call me, I reached out to be pro-active. I got the run around from 2 Indian customer service reps that jsut say "I am sorry sir", "my hands are tied sir"..."I understand sir".
They do not understand. They were unable to help. I have been a customer for over 10 years and given thousands of dollars to ATT every month. Now, when I need a couple of more weeks to make good on my bill I am being told they cannot help me. I have 2 children and my wife and I rely on communication to know where each other are to coordinate the family.
I am so dissapoointed in ATT and the way they conduct buseinss. Moving to Verizon if I cannot get someone on a telephone call that can help me.
