I am having a issue that has been ongoing with my account since joining At&t and it really makes me mad that my business phones were delivered to my house when I was out of town and no signature required and UPS sd they sat them on porch where everyone can see but the guy that delievered them quit or got fired and I thought maybe they gave them to my neighbors so I went to every house in area. The phones are still not activated Att said. All I want is my phones. [Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].
they keep charging me on my bill and not doing anything about it. Supposedly they have put in a fullfillment ticket whatever the heck that is. ANY HELP???
