New Admin Fee certainly a violation of term for existing contracts.......

AT&T is definitely violating the terms by charging Administrative fees to existing contracts. I would accept new fees on a new Contract but not on a grandfatherd plan. I called customer rep to simply waive the $0.65 fee and they refused.

I filed a BBB complain and ATT executive office called and agreed to end the contract W/O ETF. Wonder ATT chose $0.65 fee over 7-8 year old customer. As a result I'm moving to T-mobile at the end of billing cycle.

Tmobile - $130/month + Tax for 2 lines unlimited Data/Talk/Text (including $20 downpayment for 2 lines for 2 years)
AT&T - $150/month + Tax for 2 lines Unlimited Talk/Txt + 4GB shared data (2GB/line)

Tmobile will save me $480/2yr + If I dont get new phone and continue using same phones for >2 year, Monthly bill goes down to $90. I can buy new phone from somewhere else and Bill goes down to $90 while AT&T bill doesnt go down.

AT&T - Great Coverage (Was happy with it but they dint value the customer)
Tmobile - Not so great coverage but can live with it in Chicago suburb.

Thank you AT&T for great service but No thanks to additional fees.
