Very disappointed with the quality of customers service, that y guys have, was once again quoted one thing then receive a bill more than my car payment, they can add a 15 fee for overage, a total of almost 250 dollars and say we'll it's your fault we texted y stating the overage, instead you guys should be stopping the service , until a phone call has been made and A change in the plan can be made before y get a bill more than a house payment, wish that you guys had as good as customers service as other carriers and how they offer to switch accounts and wave all the usage fees. Need to teach your people to explain the entire plan and how it works and not just a price
