I was with Verizon Wireless for a lot of years and was having problems with our wireless coverage. I called ATT several times to get pricing on a plan with two smartphones and a 2gb shared plan. After getting the pricing for the plan and agreeing to it we purchased the phones from the agent over the phone. We were told that because we were currently ATT Uverse customers that we were entitled to special discounts. When we got our first bill we were shocked to find that the pricing was roughly $30 dollars higher per month than we agreed to. Does anyone know what we can do to correct this deceptive practice?
