We added 2 lines to our already existing account. The rep at the store also told us there was a promo for 2 tablets with these two phones. We were not told there was an activation fee for them. We were also under the impression we were getting 2-$100 credits for the two lines we already had that we extended. Now we have an enormous bill, no phone service (because we were not expecting this high of Bill) and we are supposed to call to ask questions? How is that when we don't have service? Please email me with the email on file (since I cannot find a service email for at&t). I will not go back in to the store to talk to a rep. They already swindled us. They are not helpful.
