I have never in my life been so upset with a company. I got a replacement device back in August after my phone stopped working. I sent the broken phone back to ATT Warranty Dept. I was told a few weeks later they received my phone. Now a couple months later, I am being charged $520 for the phone. When I called ATT, they told me that I had shipped them a rock and not a phone. I was shocked that they were accusing me of doing this. I have been a customer for almost 10 years. I kept telling them I shipped a phone not a rock. The package was obviously tampered with and I am not responsible. I would have used my insurance to replace the phone if I knew going through warranty was such a huge problem. I spent close to 3 hrs going back and forth between customer service and warranty. I was told by the Warranty Dept manager that I was being charged and there was nothing they would do. He got me so upset that I was crying. I cannot being that ATT would not credit me this money. I would never send a rock in the mail and the fact that ATT will not take the word of a loyal customer is disgusting. I am going to try to call a supervisor again today but I dont really want to be told I am a liar by company I have invested in for so many years. SHAME ON ATT.
