Am I the only one who think AT&T's customer service has been horrible???

Whenever I call the customer service number I am kind...catching more bees with honey and all that! I have been a customer since 2007 & have only started having problems with them a few months back. No one is ever able to help or resolve the issue. They don't care about loyalty....I would think they'd want to keep their loyal customers?? Since 2007, I have brought in an additional 7 lines on to my account alone, that does not include the number of times I have referred others to AT&T. I honestly can't wait until my contact is up. I have "supervisors" on the phone with me arguing about what I said previously...I was on the call, I think I know what I said. When I ask for any kind of proof they can't provide it.
