AT&T is Charging me for Two Data Plans for the Same Two Devices, And I Cannot Make Them Stop

AT&T never stopped charging me for the two individual iPad plans.
 

Yesterday, I spoke with them for over 2 hours.  I was told that there was nothing AT&T could do about correcting the problem of me being double charged for the iPads.  At the end of the call, I am still going to be charged for both data plans for the two devices.

Their suggestions:
 

  • Since a third party is responsible for continuing to charge me, AT&T cannot assist me.

  • Since American Express is charging me, I need to go through AE.

  • I need to contact Apple.

  • I need to just file dispute claims with AE to get my money back.

AT&T is double charging me . . . not a 3rd party, not Apple, and not AE.

 

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
