AT&T never stopped charging me for the two individual iPad plans.
Yesterday, I spoke with them for over 2 hours. I was told that there was nothing AT&T could do about correcting the problem of me being double charged for the iPads. At the end of the call, I am still going to be charged for both data plans for the two devices.
Their suggestions:
- Since a third party is responsible for continuing to charge me, AT&T cannot assist me.
- Since American Express is charging me, I need to go through AE.
- I need to contact Apple.
- I need to just file dispute claims with AE to get my money back.
AT&T is double charging me . . . not a 3rd party, not Apple, and not AE.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?
