I ordered the Iphone 6 Plus 64 GB and recieved the same. Since it was very feeble for my taste, I returned the phone within the 15 days period. I called the customer support and they sent me a Return shipping label. The phone was returned back on 09/28. Even after me returning the phone, I am charged for the 849.99 the full cost the iphone 6 plus.
I have been contacting customer support for the past 10 days. The Jist of the matter is ATT Premier has recieved the phone that I returned, but it is not reflected in ATT system. Everytime i call Customer Service, I am easily on the call for minimum of 45 mins.They keep switching me back and forth the customer service of ATT and ATT Premier. I am not sure where to escalate this issue and get this fixed. Even now I am ATT customer service phone for the past 20 mins.. GOD help me!!
