I got wireless service with att a few months ago and have not yet been billed, yet my phone is suspended, i have no access to my att since it is routed to someone else, i had to correct also the mailing address and after spending more than 5 hours trying to fix this over the phone and at the store the problem is still the same. No interest from the staff on the phone to resolve the issue, transfering my call around and around, promising to call me back and not doing it and at the end not resolving any of my issues. How can I pay you if you do not send me my bills, nor do you fix any of the issues I escalate. I hope this gets read and more than anything this gets resolved. I will gladly provide my number so you can hear the calls recording and understand how frustrating this is.
