My family wanted to keep track of our pills so we wanted a paper copy. So instead of our bill being due the 16th, it became due the 4th. They told us if we want a paper bill we will have to pay fir an extra 10 days in order to get have the bill due the 15th of every month. This is the stupidest thing ever. We wanted a paper bill to begin with and we never got it until earlier this month now we have to pay extra for a mistake the company made. We have paid 6 months of late fes because we when would call, we got told a totally different day from when the bill was actually due. 5 months of late fees and it was their fault. We have had two repair men come out because their equipment had faulty wiring. Now this??? How much more should a customer take?? Not much because we are already looking for new tv and internet providers. And your customer service explains nothing.
