I have been an ATT customer for so long and have referred ATT to friends and family. I had a situation when I had to make a payment arrangement changed to another date. I had scheduled it to deduct on 9/19. I called 9/17 to change to 9/26 and the Rep could not do it, she had no idea. She told to me to call 9/19 and talk to a rep to change the date. I called 9/19 and the rep told me I had called the right dept. he told me he would take care of it while I was on the phone with him. Long story short he gave me a confirmation number and everything was gna be taken care of for the 9/26. Well the amount was deducted from my bank on the 9/22 and there goes INSF charge for me. I called them back and said why they deducted the payment on the 22 since the rep gave me a confirmation number that they wud not until the 26th! Well the rep I was talking to said sorry and hung up !!!! I called again and the rep said she wud take care of it and that they wud even take care of the INSF charge. Again everything is RECORDED but for some reason the rep I talked to today was just telling me I tried to change the date 3 times last month!! They were not able to help me anymore despite the situation I'm at this month again. All I'm asking is for a few more days to pay but was told no!!! Ugh TMOBILE here I come!!! Done with Att!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
