so dissapointed

I love AT&T service. I've had my Galaxy S5 for about 4 months and couldn't be happier. I got it no deposit with a 2 year contract. Went today to add a 2nd line and get a Note 4. I was approved ahead of time 3 weeks ago in store. When I went to pick it up tO'Day the employee ran my info and said I didn't qualify for the Next Program. Then told me if I wanted the 2 year contract I needed to pay a $500 deposit!!!!! Wow!!!!! How did I get approved 4 months ago and considering I pay my bill on time what is going on? Customer service had no answer. So now it's either I pay full retail for the Note 4, ($825) or don't get the phone. SO, SO, SO DISSAPOINTED.
