I called to make payment arrangments with my bill which i do ALL of the time. I was transferred because the first agent could not help me. I have ALWAYS made payment arrangements with the first agent that answers, so i thought ok I will go along with it. I was on hold for over 21 minutes before someone came over to the phone. A Paul answer and he was one of the most RUDES NASTIES person i have ever spoke to. He not only harrassed my for $5.00 but he also harrassed me over the bill. Paul even reminded me that he does make the polices at Att and his hands were tied and that he must follow protocals, what ever happed to the great cutomer service i have always experienced?? I AM TELLING YOU PEOPLE LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN. I AM AS SOON AS MY CONTRACT IS UP.
