Why ATT is horrible about caring for it's customers

10 yrs with ATT on a family plan, I never asked for any credit for the last 3 yrs (I'm sure I didn't ask credit in the last 5 yrs but they can only look at my last 3 yr history). I was on a trip abroad and I didn't use my cell but the data roaming was on (which I didn't know because i didn't use my cell abroad. TBH I didn't know my cell worked internationally. I always use a local cell phone when I am abroad). So I get hit with $765 bill for two months. And now ATT wouldn't give me a credit even for a dollar. First time I called they offered me $150 credit but that still left $600 worth of charges.

ATT sucks and I will be switching my one phone to another carrier. My other phone is under contract till May 2015 so I guess I will wait but if this is how ATT treats their customers for 10 yrs then fine. NO WAY am I ever going back to ATT.
