Not only has my bill increased significantly since joining AT&T three years ago but now I regularly need to combat the ridiculous data charges they "offer."
Anyone else get charged FIFTEEN DOLLARS for an extra GB of data on the LAST DAY OF THEIR BILLING CYCLE? This has happened to me twice now, and not surprisingly, have had no support or option to assist in refusing their "extra gig" that EXPIRES on the last day of the billing cycle which is the only time it's ever been "given" to me. IF YOURE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR AN EXTRA GIGABYTE OF DATA ON THE VERY LAST DAY OF THE BILLING CYCLE, AT LEAST ROLL IT OVER TO BE USED. Also, a 65% data use courtesy warning is great but how about a 90%?!? Ridiculous. I now have a gigabyte of data to use for 13 hours. Thanks, AT&T for this disappointment.
I mean what are we even paying for? Data....
AT&T was supposed to be the leader of this mobile market, and I initially switched to them from Verizon because of the iPhone, but I have been so thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer appreciation, customer service and reasonable rates that I can not see myself staying with the theives when my contract ends.
