I switched from Sprint to AT&T almost a year ago because I was told the service and rates were alot better, but let me tell you that is a CROCK of crap.
I have the family share plan for $160.00 a month, plus $80 a month for contract phones, to me that equals $ 240.00 but EVERY month my bill is over $300 - $ 400 a month, and no one can give me a straight answer as to why and this morning I find out that AT& T screwed up and put my son's new phone as the primary phone on the contract when he got a new phone back in July, I called to get this corrected and guess what? Their charging me an additional $ 81.33 a month for this. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
I have never been so frustrated and aggrevated in my life with a phone carrier than Iam with AT&T right now.
I want out of this contract with AT&T but told it would be $250 early termination fee per line, so they screw you coming and going.
I've looked for an email address to contact someone higher up, hoping maybe they could help me but this forum is all I could find, it will let me rant but god forbid someone at AT&T see it and try and help me.
