I'm currently a new customer.I was signed dip with new wireless service on 9/4/14.On this day the person whom helped me got me two lines and she specifically said both my lines together would be 80$.This was suppose to be a special.Recived a bill and it was 291.00This is refi cultus.She also promised 2gift cards for 50$ a piece because I opened Two lines.I called back after reviving my bill and they discovered I wasn't properly told about the data plans.I was highly upset.Im on a budget and if I would have known this was so expensive I would have never got it.Im currently using the uverse and it's been great besides the three times I've had to reboot the box and change the wifi channels.Back to the phones.Called a tech about the gift cards and she said that it wasn't put on my account and she placed me on hold for an hour and came back with nothing but lies.She moved some stuff around on my account and got the 2 lines to 140$.I cled back and to my surprise it's still 291$.This is a prank I thought.Tried to work out a payment plan on half bill I was placed on hold for another long hour.She knocked 30$ off bill now it's at 250.I refuse to pay this because why extend my uverse account and take the money in the same month but don't want to help me work out a deal to pay this balance.I was also told I couldn't make an arrangement because this is not a 6month account lol.But my uverse rolls from month to month.Im in need of some answers quick before I find me some better service and most of all working with ordinary people on a budget trying to make it.#I need answers a concernded dissatisfied customer.
