ATT RETENTION DID NOT KEEP THEIR WORDS

I did my att NEXT upgrade for 4 of my lines, one agent from retention promised me that she would credit me 100 dollars each line to recoup my early termination fee incured for one of my lines. She asked me to keep my upgraded phone for 2 weeks so that i could no return or cancel the upgrades then she would call me back to give me credits. A few days passed, she did not called me. I called att which turned out that she didnt specify what she told me in the account. I am having 8 lines with ATT for years. I generally received great customer service, this time the agent really messed up the good impressions i have. ATT agents should keep the words they promised!!!
