I was intentionally misinformed to sign up for another 2 year contract

I really would love some help. I have already spent nealry 3 hours on the phone getting no where. Last month I called into to see about cancelling/transferring my service and instead the rep had me resign a 2 year agreement. They sent me 2 new galaxy 4's for my wife and I and promised our bill would actually go down by $1 a month. The result was a $512 charge to my American Express. As I said I have been on several long calls to get this fixed, but so far I have only received $300 in credit and my bill is now $22 more for each month for the next 2 years. I was repeatedly told this was the best they could do. By the end of this contract this will cost me over $800 more than what I was told. The huge problem is that there is no way for me to prove what I said becuase the person on the other end didn't do what she said she would. Can anyone provide me with a higher up? or does anyone know of a consumer agency that can help? I begged the last 'supervisor' to let me return everything and go back to the way things were so I had options, but they would not allow it becuase my two weeks had just expired.
