I switched to the new family share plan with the 10G data & unlimited voice & text . Upgraded to a new phone (but not through their new NEXT whatever) and now I am paying MORE than I was prior to changing to the new family plan. SEVERAL ATT employees told me NOTHING would change only to find out I was lied to. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Shame on you ATT. My family have upgraded our phones in the few months and we cannot afford to pay the early termination fee but feel that ATT should keep their promise and adjust my bill.
