Recently I had a run-in with the AT&T customer service representative several of them not just one and a supervisor. So I signed up on this blog so I can speak my peace. I tried several community IDs but it seems like they were all taken like; not happy, perplexed ,unhappy ,not satisfied, dissatisfied. I could go on but all of these were already in use so I chose my community ID. I recently grounded my daughter from her phone because of social media and decided she didn't need a phone at this time she's only 12. So I called AT&T and ask them to put me on the $10 plan to keep the number... Little note I chose this plan because it was a month-to-month plan no contract ...After a series of phone calls and back-and-forth with AT&T I still owe $209 for a phone that Is not being used... Can anybody on the AT&T community help me out here?
