I was miss informed by an AT&T employee when I called them. This resulted in charges that I did not know I would be recieving because of what I was told by the AT&T representive.
When I called and explained this to them, I was told that there was nothing they would do about it and that I was responisble for the charges even though I only had the charges because I was told that it would not result in a charge.
I would like someone from corporate to contact me. I looked and looked and the only contact information I can find is for low level support centers. I would hope that upper managment expects more out of their company than this. I believe this is a basic bait and switch.
