Billing Frustrations

As a teacher we are paid once a month.  I have called and explained this a couple of times to AT&T representatives.  They have changed my date for me.  Once again I am faced with having to call and spend an ENDLESS amount of time calling and trying to do this again!! It always seems to be a problem since I'm BUNDLED!! I'm not sure why that's a conveince anymore!!  I'm not sure why my due date has to change to begin with, but I am tired to this being MY problem and then I have to be charged a late fee when I have called already and explained the situation.  Of course then I hear well I don't see it documented on your account.  That's because I have been an ATT customer maybe for too long and your records don't go back that far!! Don't take my word for it!! Although, between my UVerse boxes acting up and having to lose all my shows, spending endless time being transferred to the "right' department and my billing date being a problems my frustrations with ATT are growing to the point where you are becoming to MUCH to bare!!

Someone needs to start listening the FIRST time to the customers, not transferring them and solve their problems in a timely fashion.   Otherwise I'm thinking ATT may be too big of a company for me.

Frustrated!!
