has anybody had the problem i have??? july 3 i requested 2 additional lines... i made 3 phone calls before authorizing change to make sure i would get the plan i wanted....the 3rd wk i realized they had messed up the plan, since i have made 3 to 8 calls a wk attempting to straighten it out....to this day they have not got it rt but want me tao pay 1000.00 !!!!!! supers have looked at the acct and sd oh it is a mess i will call u at 10 am tomorrow and have this corrected for u....then i never hear from them again.... and yes i get their name and empl #.... im ready to cross over to another co. after 9 yrs with at&t
