ATT charged me for the broken phone that I already returned two months ago. Because I spent 3-4 hours with couple rep to resolve the problem, ATT gave me a one time credit for the inconvenience.
However, I am really upset with att customer service(ppl keep transfer me and repeat the same story and sometime get hang up on), I dont want to stay with it. Since the rep in warranty dept. gave me credits today, if I cancel the account at the end of this bill cycle, will they revise the credit?
