On Feb 20 I received an email from AT&T that my new iphone would soon be shipped. I never ordered an iphone! I immediately changed account passwords etc. and then attempted to contact AT&T about the fraudulent charge. The phone was never answered. While waiting on the phone, a "chat" window appeared somewhere on the AT&T site; I explained the problem and was assured that the information would be sent to the fraud department and that the charge would be removed. I never received any confirmation of my complaint. Now the phone is on my bill. What is going on? How do I dispute this charge?

Invoice for Company Refund

I am trying to get my (prepaid) invoices for the past 2 months to get them refunded by my company. I just saw in the forum that you said this is not possible? How is it possible that this is not possible? Is that even legal? That in turn means I will be loosing money every month. Please tell me this is not true and tell me how to get the invoices or I will have to swith out. Thanks.
Complaint
I placed an order which I cancelled a few days later due to one of the two items not available. I was told I would get the taxes returned 95.01. I waited to see the money be returned to checking account and it was not. So I called ATT I was told that the order was never cancelled. So she said she cancelled it and told me my money would be returned to my checking account. I waited and no money was returned to my checking account. So I called again I was told the same thing and that the money would be returned to my checking account by the next day. The next day I got an email from att saying my account was in the arrears for 95.01. I was frustrated and furious and it also said I was late paying it and at risk for account suspension. After a series of being passed around to various customer service reps who were horrible and not helpful and lied to me one even said they would call me back in one hour because I was on my way to a visitation for a funeral. Nobody called back and it was a waste of 1.5 hours on the phone.this past Monday Wendy @attcares helped me. Told me that charge would be removed and Friday I get an email telling me if I don’t pay that 95.01 my account will be suspended

I was told to go att.com/dep to register for my employee discount.When I go there I was told I will Be able to see my wireless account and easily enrol, my problem is that my account is not there on the website it simple asks me to sign up for wireless service first but I already have an account.How do I proceed.
Auto pay Charged My card a second time
I'm on pay as you go. Yesterday, my payment failed for auto pay. Today, I made a payment. A few hours after the payment was accepted, I received a text that auto pay charged me another $30. I checked my card and it says both payments are pending. I dont know why it's done this, but I need that second payment refunded fast.

Free iPhone 7 32GB Promotion (Nov 2017)
Does anyone else remember a promotion from last year around Black Friday for a free iPhone 7 32GB? If I remember correctly it would've run through early December 2017. I think you had to have DirecTV service as well. It wasn't a BOGO, or for an iPhone 6, or with a new line, or transferring service... I hope someone else remembers as well or has a screen shot of the promotion because I was on the phone with AT&T for over 2 hours and spoke with over 4 people and was even transferred to a department that was CLOSED and then hung up on. I'm not receiving my bill credits and they claim there wasn't a similar promotion at the time. Thanks!
Why do I have to pay for AT&Ts mistakes
I called in back in early December 2017 to cancel a Tablet and they said that it was cancelled. Then about a week later I switched over to T-Mobile (well after the 2 year contract with AT&T). I paid the full final monthly bill in Dec 2017, plus another $112.01 on Jan 10, 2018 (thinking that there was still some residual to pay). Then I got another bill in Feb for 117.01 ($5 late fee) for...THE TABLET THAT I CANCELLED back in December. I called in 4-5 times between Feb 2018-and today...the 4th call on March 5 I was told that, yes, they made a mistake - I called in and cancelled the tablet subscription, and I didn't owe the 117.01. However, TODAY I STILL got a bill for $117.01. then I talked for another hour TODAY and they said that I owed this money - I am so angry
Long story short: I paid $117.01 for AT&Ts incompetence.
$150 fee
I have now been on the phone for an extended period of time trying to get a $150 fee reversed. This fee was to turn off access for my iPad which I no longer need as I can use WiFi. I was never told there was a fee to turn the service off... after being a customer for 20 years and never asking for anything I feel my request should be handled. They have now put me on hold for the last 19minutes and have not returned....total frustration!!! This call center is outside of the US

I have a wireless phone with ATT. It is the unlimited wireless plan. On Thursday night, I got a series of texts saying that numbersync was activated. I thought it was a marketing text telling me about a new feature. I have never heard of numbersync before. On Saturday, I got a text saying that I had exceeded the $400 limit for international calls, and that I should call 800-331-0500 to prevent account disruption. I checked my voice usage online, and it showed a number of calls made to Latvia on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I did not make these calls, my wife did not make these calls, and we did not authorize anybody else to make these calls. I have never made an international call; and, I never set up numbersync.
I called ATT customer support and got passed around from department to department. Nobody could help. One person said that the charges hadn't posted yet. That didn't make sense, because I could see them in my online activity and my bill was already $782. Nobody could tell me how to prevent service disruption. I asked how to stop the calls from being made; and, one person said that there was no way to stop them. I am very concerned, because my wireless bill is outrageously high and nobody is willing to help. Among other things, I called 800-331-0500 and they connected me to the DirectTV help line, then DirectTV sent me back to where I started, then I was connected to another department that said the only way to get help was to cal 800-331-0500; the number I called in the first place. I spent over 2 hours on the phone and got absolutely no resolution. I want these calls to stop and the charges to be removed from my account.

Over Billing To my accout
I have been trying to get billing issue resolved for over 2 months I switched plans and have called several times only to spend hours on the phone and get no help! A supervisor has supposed to call be back several times but I have still yet to receive a call! I get transferred to several sections every time I call that are always the wrong sections. I just spent 30 min on hold for a supervisor and got hung up on. I was showing a credit for $363 for over charges that magically disappeared and now now know one can find. I know I should have not listened to the sales pitch and just switched over to Verizon.
*DATA# different than what appears on bill
I do *DATA# almost everyday, it showed I have used ~1 GB of data, but when my ATT bill arrived it said I have used 1.91 GB of data. Why is this?

I have been with you way back when you were still called Cingular wireless... over 10 years ago. I’m a long time customer and feel very loyal to You as over the years a strong & trusting relationship has evolved & I really do feel as if I really am part of a large “family”.
however ....
a few weeks ago I decided to pay off my accessories in full rather than have them on installment. The amount was $96. My new bill comes and unbelievably instead of a credit the $96 shows up as a charge! And not only that... the credit was’nt even applied.. so my bill is actually off by $192..😳... huh?!! what now?
the customer service woman I spoke to was lovely (as usuall)...and saw the error straight away as it’s very easy to spot.
as she was talking to me she was also conversing to her supervisor and the billing department.. the call lasted aprox 30-40 minutes and I was assured it would be corrected with in 24 hours and instead of my bill showing I owed $234 it would be corrected to show the real balance owing of $42.35!! I was relieved to hear this. and so went on my merry way.
It’s now 4 days later and nothing has happened on my bill. I feel as though I’m in the twighlight zone.. I know I definitely spoke to a customer service woman .. it wasn’t a dream... in fact it was quite a pleasant exchange .., so how come there had been no correction? I know that glitches occasionally happen to the best of us... but if ur out there and read this AT@T angels please come to my rescue and fix this silly mistake.. I always pat myself on the back when ever I pay off something early in full.... but for a credit to show up as a charge AND not even actually applied boggles the mind. No I’m not going to break up with you AT&T over this... your way too important to me and keep me connected to the world I live in...after- all who walks away so easily from a 10 year relationship over something that’s easily fixed.. all I want is someone out there in AT&T world to hear me and fix this.
So please AT&T angels if ur out there reading this ... wave ur majic wand and fix this as it’s causing me to have some sleepless nights.
